Receipts and tax substantiation
Every gift generates an automated acknowledgement letter with our EIN, gift date, amount, and a statement that no goods or services were exchanged.
Donor privacy
We do not sell, rent, or trade donor information. Personal data is used only for receipting, stewardship, and legally required reporting.
Board-approved fund accounting
Restricted gifts are tracked to their designated fund and reported to the board quarterly, with annual IRS Form 990 filings available on request.
Refund & adjustment policy
Donations are final, but errors happen. Contact us within 30 days of a mistaken or duplicate gift and we will refund it in full to the original payment method. Recurring gifts can be paused or cancelled at any time.
